Once an ordinary guy Misha learns about the decree of the President of Russia which tells that 2 per cent of employees of the big companies must be people with disabilities. Misha decides to realize his dreams about rich and careless life. He gets fake medical documents, wheelchair and goes for the interview in the company «Nashgas». Luckily, there was a need for candidate to fill the required quota. Prestigious work, high salary, nice flat…seems whole the world is in his hands, but there is one problem – he has to sit on wheelchair!
Being in ridiculous situation, Misha understands the only solution of that is a club of disable people. He becomes a member of the club and earns everyone’s sympathy right away. He is not hopeless like the others, he is optimistic and happy (however the reason is completely different). Marina – a nice girl chained to wheelchair from her childhood, has special feelings toward him. The situation becomes more complicated for Misha – office, money, parties, club of disable people, restrictions, friends, conscience and of course love. How to tackle the problem now? How confess his trickery to everyone, especially to Marina? And how to understand what you want and what you feel?
