A story inspired by real events. Kacper, a secondary school history teacher from Lublin, is admired by his pupils. He is gradually losing sight but chooses to hide this fact from the world, striving to keep his job and prepare his pupils for graduation. Kacper’s best friend, Wiktor, is the only person entrusted with his secret. Coping with a new situation and new challenges, Kacper comes into a close friendship with the fellow-teacher. At the same time he is trying to help a rebellious pupil, who hides a secret of her own.
