The Church has known only one case of immaculate conception, but it seems that Cecilia, a new nun in a mysterious Italian monastery, has become the second virgin to carry a child. The local monks have announced the miracle, but no one knows for sure who the girl is really carrying under her heart - a new saviour or the one who will plunge this world into eternal darkness.
