Mustafa was born in Thessaloniki at the end of the 19th century. The bandit raids carried out on his father had a strong influence on Mustafa. First, his father Ali Rza bey's business goes bad. Then his health deteriorates and after a while he leaves this world. For Zibeyda Khanum there is only one universe - her son. There is only one thought - only if nothing happens to him. She wants her son to go to the local school and, in accordance with the customs of a believing family, become a teacher. These dreams of Zibeyda Khanum for her still young son turn out to be just a small pile of dry grass for the fire that burns in him. Mustafa Kemal graduates from the Academy in 1905 with the rank of captain. Between 1905 and 1919 he serves, one might say, every inch of the Ottoman Empire, from Syria to Tripoli, from Thessaloniki to Kars. But he sees what gives him reason to say that his country's governance is out of control, lacking dignity and patriotism. For Mustafa Kemal, there are no other options. In his words, the country is burning like his father's logs burnt by bandits. Someone has to do something about it. As Namig Kamal said, the enemy has plunged his dagger into the heart of the homeland. But surely there will be someone to save this unfortunate homeland.
