Special Forces officer Matteo Donner struggles to cope with guilt after his best friend is killed in a joint mission. After wandering around the world, he returns to Amsterdam, where he becomes embroiled in a confrontation between the city's gangs. Donner must rescue his dead comrade's kidnapped daughter.
