On board a jam-packed airliner on a flight to Hawaii, one of the passengers mysteriously dies. Soon the aircraft is in chaos: more and more people are afflicted with an unknown disease. The task force tries to get the plane to land, but airports won't accept the infected flight. Fuel is running out, and now only a miracle can save the doomed plane.
