The Barboskins dream of becoming famous and wowing the internet. They can dance and make funny videos that get lots of likes and views, but they're still a long way from being Internet stars like Kat the Pussycat. Coincidentally, Kat becomes their roommate and the two develop a friendship as well as a rivalry. Kat's mentor isn't too happy about the competition and tries to bring discord to the friendly family.
