Four turtle brothers, who have spent their lives hiding from the human world in the sewers of New York City and trained in ninjutsu, are sent to the surface and try to live like normal teenagers. With the help of their new friend April O'Neil, they get on the trail of an infamous crime syndicate and an army of mutants.
