The story is told on behalf of a newborn's seven-years-old brother - dreamer Tim, who is jealous of his parents. But the main character is an extraordinary child, who already has leadership qualities, wears business suits and sees a business task in each matter.
Once Tim finds out that conspiracy organized by the Manager of Puppy Co is aimed to destroy the love all over the world. But Tim cannot afford to stop him alone. The boy has to unite with his "unloved" brother to save parents and restore discipline in the world.
